One of the most successful and renowned community development initiatives in Russia, the Home Towns Program “brings together all of Gazprom Neft’s social projects, ranging from small-scale volunteer campaigns, town-level celebrations and major international festivals to construction of residential buildings and sports centres”. 

As part of the initiative, the program offers several courses on their website. The courses are created by leading experts in various fields and are intended for entrepreneurs and volunteers across the country. This particular one is designed for business owners who not only want to represent their homeland but also want to contribute to it by providing more opportunities to those in need, creating safe spaces, and making other improvements. The course includes text and video lectures, both accompanied by diagrams, tables, and downloadable files for users to implement in their daily routines.
